This is terrific – and I also saw your interview with Carol Derby. I think that textiles have been the elephant in the room for too long. It’s time to shine a spotlight on the industry and what it does to us and the planet. Keep up the good work. Best, Leigh Anne

Thanks Leigh Anne! Textiles are definitely one of those things that’s obscured from public scrutiny because it’s rarely singled out. Glad you got something out of the piece! Stay tuned!

Thank you for this thorough, eye-opening, well produced piece. Some devastating visuals – speak 1000 words. I’m sharing this with many.

Thank you for providing this informative and sobering report on the textile industry. A fellow mompreneur and I have recently started a little business making artisan furoshikis, and we have vowed to only “weave” bona fide sustainable-crop and organic fabrics into our designs. After watching your report, we feel even more confident about what we’re doing and what we’re teaching our young daughters. Thank you! We will definitely link to this report from our blog. Cheers, Mandy
